I began a relationship with the Cutter HONOLULU location after speaking with Tim Nolan over the phone. I expressed my disappointment with other dealerships, including their PC location & he invited me over to the town location to see if they could further their services to me. I went down & was introduced to David Nihei who helped me shop around, never forgetting to ask how much I liked a vehicle, what I didn't like of one & he just expressed interest in what *I* wanted (something I lacked at other dealerships). After deciding I loved the Dodge Journey, we went in to crunch numbers, where I met Shane. Let's just say the first time didn't go as planned (on my part) so I planned to come back again. During the couple month break, they didn't forget about me. Id get a few calls here & there... but it was never- "so when are you coming back?" they always asked how I was doing & let me know what types of specials they were having & to have me let them know when *I* was ready. I appreciated not being rushed... I finally made my way back on April 9, 2014. Again, David helped me search around for something that would fit my budget & something I loved. Shane helped with crunching the numbers. I was able to drive off in a 2011 Dodge Nitro that I LOOOOOOVE. David, Shane & Lance (the finance guy) are amazing... I truly recommend them to anyone... After a long week of trying to find the perfect truck,I am very glad I was able to find my truck here at Cutter Dodge in Honolulu. I thought my dream truck was a far reach from me, but i am very GLAD David was able to help me find what i was looking for. David was very helpful and friendly. Other dealerships i went to the dealers weren't as nice as David was. He's local attiutude and pidgeon language made me feel right at home and i was able to trust him which to me TRUST is the main ingredient when you're investing in a car. When we came to Cutter a month ago my husband and I were specifically looking for a Dodge Calibur. David Nihei was our seales representative and was extremely helpful. He showed us numerous cars and was very patient with us. In the end we purchased a Jeep Compass that we are absolutely in love with and owe it all to David.

My time at the dealership was very fun. David was very knowledgable about the cars at the dealership and helped me to find something in my taste that was in stock. He was very helpfull to get the car to me the same day and I was driving home after a just a few hours in Chrysler 300.
