Cutter Automotive Galleries takes the Corona Virus Pandemic (COVID-19) and its threat to our community very seriously. Our Primary Concern is the safety, health and well-being of our customers and employees.
In keeping with that concern were are employing the below measures and will make additional adjustments as necessary.
- Increased cleaning and disinfecting frequency of high volume, high touch customer areas on a daily basis.
- Our showrooms and both our vehicles and customers vehicles will be disinfected and cleaned thoroughly throughout the day using disinfecting spray and wipes to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees.
- Requiring staff to engage in good hygiene and health practices and avoid any unnecessary physical touching.
- Remain in communication with numerous agencies and trade associations, including State and Federal Government entities overseeing and monitoring the evolving medical situation keeping us updated on the latest news and protocols.
- Distributed critical information to key personnel and our business partners to help prevent the transmission of this and other highly contagious respiratory viruses.
- Cancelled any and all business related travel to minimize any outside contagions.
Rest assured we are doing everything we can to not only serve our customers, but also provide them a clean environment for while they are here.
For the health and safety of our employees and other guests, customers are asked to please adhere to the following guidelines when visiting our facilities:
- Refrain from physical contact greetings such as handshakes, hugs, etc.
- If you have currently travelled outside of Hawaii, we kindly ask you to postpone your visit until you have been symptom-free for 14 days after your return.
- We kindly ask that you do NOT visit if you are currently experiencing any symptoms if illness. We will gladly schedule you an appointment for a later time.
- Please practice social distancing and maintain a distance of 6 feet from others during your visit. The guest chairs provided have been strategically placed in accordance with this practice. We kindly ask that you do not move them.
- All Service and Parts Departments will be CLOSED on SATURDAYS effective immediately and until further notice.
- At this time, service and parts will be maintaining their normal hours. Sales returns to normal hours by Appointment only.
